Selfless leadership

1. Be concerned about the plight of the poor. Listen to them and consider how you can help them. (vs. 1-7)
2. Act on your decisions. Do not be scared to stand up for the cause of the poor (vs. 7-9)
3. Be confident that people will follow if you are acting righteously as a leader (vs. 9-12)
4. Seal your covenants/agreements with a prayer. (vs. 12-13)
5. Out of reverence for the Lord, do not take advantage of your leadership position. Be a leader by example. (vs. 14-16)
6. Celebrate with your people. Share your blessings with them and spend fun moments with them. (vs. 17-18)
7. Only ask for the Lord to remember you. (vs. 19)
