Prayer for help

Dear Lord,

Good morning po! First of all, thank you for answering all our prayers at the right time. You have given Joe a job right when his savings in the states ran out. You gave me a purpose bigger than myself so I won't feel bored, and so that I can use my time for something worthy for You.

Lord, you know what's best. You are indeed our Father who wants the best for us. Thank you Lord because during the times we were asking for shallow things in life, you chose not to give them to us. Instead, you reserved your answer for the perfect time and the perfect opportunity. Thank you Lord. I hope that Joe and I can make you proud. I pray that people will see in our lives that You are the power behind all our accomplishments. You are our inspiration and motivator.

Father, I ask your help to please help me see through things wisely. Help me to be willing to take opposition with humility and decisiveness when there's really something I need to reconsider or change. Please help me to have faith that can move mountains; faith that can accomplish the impossible. However, help me to use the intellect and rationale that you have given me so I can make decisions wisely.

Lord, the HOPE task is bigger than what I can do. There is so much that has to be done, yet little time and little manpower. Lord, please provide volunteers and people who can help us make this event happen. People who can serve wholeheartedly and cheerfully and supportively. People with faith and with strong belief in You and your love for the poor. Please help Ronnel and his team to get sponsorships from people. Lord, 5M is a small amount in this world. Surely, there are ways to collect that amount and more. And Lord, 5 M is nothing to You. Please give us the boldness to ask.

Father, I pray that today. We will accomplish the task which you have put in our hearts. Whatever you put in our hearts Lord, I believe that it is your Spirit and therefore, it can be done. This is what you have put in my heart: HOPE will be able to raise 5 million in profit from the HOPE walk(meaning expenses out). Sponsors will come from both local and international donors. 1 M children will be empowered. HOPE volunteer force will increase to 10K. 5 high profile politicians will come, around 20 artists will come to support HOPE's campaign. There will be 5 good/famous bands who will perform during the mini concert. HOPE will come up with a jingle that will become famous, and the whole Philippines will know that HOPE is about helping abused children, and that HOPE has the best facility in rehabilitating victims of child abuse. For this reason, donors will start flooding in to donate money in order to build more houses in COH and hire more people.

HOPE will be featured in one of the TV shows in either GMA or ABS-CBN. ABC 5 or channel 9 will become the official TV station of HOPE worldwide.

Lord, thank you for the answers to my prayers. I'm already excited to see them happen one by one. I may be in the states when all of these takes place but I'm still happy. Also, thank your for making me feel like this kind of job is what I love. It brings me to life and it stirs my heart. I pray that I can do lots of these in my life and I pray that many people will benefit from my effort, including my own family.

Lord, I pray for our families, especially our parents. Please Lord, please take care of them. Please keep their bodies healthy, but most importantly, please help them to go back to you and to have a relationship with YOu. Lord, please help my family to become disciples. I pray that Joe and I can study the Bible with our parents soon. Please open their hearts for that. Please Lord.

Lord, I pray for our sisters. Please protect them from harm, and help them to be wise -- not to give themselves to impurity or immorality. Please put in their hearts the emptiness that will make them look for you, search for you, and be passionate for you. Lord, I pray that this will happen in the near future. Once again, in your own ways and times. Lord, I love you. Please answer our prayers.

I pray for our marriage. I pray that Joe and I will continue to love each other and grow in our love for each other. I pray that we will glorify you in our marriage and I pray that you will prepare us for parenthood and I pray that we will glorify you in that area. Lord, please help Joe to become more gentle and appreciative of my beauty, and more selfless in our marriage. Please help me to be humble and to be respectful of my husband. Help me to be loving to him and to make him feel loved all the time. I'm sorry for the times that I have been disrespectful and unloving and ungentle towards him. Please forgive me and help me to change.

Lastly Lord, I pray for our ministries, the Bible talk and the dating ministry. Lord, please strenghten our spirits and help us to be a family who will help eahc other in times of struggle and will rejoice together in times of victory. Help us all Lord to be vigilant against Satan and to be victorious over struggles in life. Please strengthen the marriages and the dating relationships.

Lastly Lord, please empower us to share our faith this sunday. I pray that we will meet someone who will very open to study the Bible on the spot. Please show us a miracle this sunday. We love you Lord and we pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
